Paper Feeder
The intermittent belt conveying method adopts an independent servo control system,which can adjust the intermittent conveying distance according to the length of the paper;the paper pumping belt extracts paper from the bottom, eliminating the traditional clutch control method,so as to realize continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine.
Operation Interface

Positioning Part
The chain guide bar is made of imported polymer materials that are wear-resistant and silent.The paper positioning uses square push blocks and brushes to increase the stability of high-speed paper operation.
Gluing Section
The transverse and longitudinal directions of the gluing roller are driven by motors respectively,and can be directly adjusted in two directions without stopping the machine. The gluing section also has a gap avoidance function (servo control) to prevent glue from contacting the belt and reduce frequent accidents due to gaps.The trouble of shutting down the machine to clean the belt.

Film Pasting Department

Film Unwinding Section
